We are exicted to share the beginning of a new project for the team of ERRE arquitectura: the new offices of the future Hortensia Herrero Art Center CAHH.
The project will transform two houses adjacent to the current Valeriola Palace, located in the heart of the city of Valencia, which an area of 511 square meters.
The program is divided into two floors and will have open work spaces, meeting areas, concentration spaces, service area, warehouse, maintenance and management rooms.
One of the aims of the project will be to recover the historical and patrimonial value of the existing building. For this, the floors and walls will be consolidated and then undertake the cladding, finishing and equipment phase.
The spaces also conserve important decorative pictorial elements that will be put in value, such as the Nolla pavements or the ornamental painting that reproduces the myth of Gaia and that has been kept in a good state of conservation.
The rehabilitation works are scheduled to finish before the end of 2021.
