For what purpose do we process your personal data?

ROIG MARTÍ ARQUITECTURA S.L.P and MARTÍ ROS ARQUITECTURA S.L.P process the information you provide us with the purpose of responding to queries made through any of the forms of contact made available to the user on the WWW.ERREARQUITECTURA.ES website.

International data transfers are made to BARRACUDA NETWORKS INC. when using their back up services. This company operates globally and has data centres in different parts of the world. This international transfer is carried out with the appropriate safeguards as a standard contractual clause based on the European Commission Decision 2021/914/EU of 4 June 2021 has been signed with BARRACUDA NETWORKS INC. for transfers to data processors located outside the EEA. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not ROIG MARTÍ ARQUITECTURA S.L.P and MARTÍ ROS ARQUITECTURA S.L.P are processing personal data concerning them.
