MARINA PORT VALENCIA

FOUR MARINAS IN ONE: THE PROPOSAL THAT AIMS TO MAKE A MARK IN THE PORT OF VALENCIA’S ENVIRONMENT
In May 2024, the Port Authority of Valencia revealed the winning project for the adaptation and operation of the nautical-sports facilities in the northern area of the Port of Valencia. The winning project is led by Marina Port Valencia, an alliance formed by SEMAR and OCIBAR, two highly experienced leaders in Mediterranean nautical projects. This initiative aims to be a milestone not only in the nautical industry but also across the city’s tourism, social, economic, cultural, and sustainable sectors in both Valencia and the Valencian Community.
ERRE is working to develop a comprehensive and integrative proposal that will create new spaces capable of accommodating a variety of uses, surrounded by truly sustainable and innovative landscaping. With this project, Valencia continues to establish itself as a unique city—an evolving destination preparing to open up to the world, ushering in a new era of development, prestige, and international recognition.

A STRATEGIC PROJECT FOR THE FUTURE OF VALENCIA AND THE COMMUNITY
La Marina de Valencia, a nautical space with a privileged location, will be revitalized in a cutting-edge way. Its spaces will be optimized both on land and at sea, creating a socio-economic development engine for the city and the Community. The proposal aims to reorganize, optimize, and improve the quality of services provided to users and vessels, focusing on two main areas: the water surface and the land area. This proposal integrates and continues the project initiated in 2015 by Marina de Empresas, the largest entrepreneurial and innovation hub in the Mediterranean, which will attract investors, high-level commercial projects, and new leisure and entertainment offerings that will captivate both locals and visitors from around the world. The common goal of the entire intervention has not only been to transform the physical landscape of the harbor but also to strengthen its role as a gateway to innovation and modernity in the Mediterranean.
