CAR PARK ROIG ARENA
A PROJECT FOR THE CITY

The car park for the Roig Arena project is located next to the Fuente de San Luís pavilion and consist of a total of 1,034 parking spaces distributed over 5 floors above the ground, each with approximately 4,000 m² of surface area.

The first 4 floors are covered and have 128 parking lots each. The fifth floor is uncovered and can accommodate 130 cars. This top floor has been designed in an integrated and respectful manner with the surrounding buildings and their residents. Additionally, the project includes 3 underground parking floors, resulting in a total area of 32,114 m².

STRATEGY

OPTIMIZATION

The project is conceived from its structure, which has been designed not only to optimize the space required for parking spots but also to ensure that the user experience is comfortable and pleasant.

INTEGRATION

Regarding its design, the new parking facility at Roig Arena is characterized by its continuous metallic façade, which provides a contemporary and tranquil appearance in harmony with the Quatre Carreres neighborhood and the city of Valencia. The metallic façade is micro-perforated, creating a play of light and transparency between the interior and exterior, allowing ventilation for the building and softening its visual impact.

DESIGN

Each floor of the building reduces its surface area compared to the one below, creating a large central courtyard that opens towards the sky. This not only optimizes the construction but also allows natural light to illuminate the interior of the building, making the user’s journey more attractive.

To improve and streamline pedestrian circulation within the building, an external staircase is located outside, serving as a focal point of interest for the building, which can be accessed from Roig Arena after an incredible experience.
