A PROJECT FOR THE CITY
The car park for the Roig Arena project is currently under construction. This project is located next to the Fuente de San Luís pavilion and will consist of a total of 1,034 parking spaces distributed over 5 floors above the ground, each with approximately 4,000 m² of surface area.
The first 4 floors are covered and have 128 parking lots each. The fifth floor is uncovered and can accommodate 130 cars. This top floor has been designed in an integrated and respectful manner with the surrounding buildings and their residents. Additionally, the project includes 3 underground parking floors, resulting in a total area of 32,114 m².

Regarding its design, the new Roig Arena parking facility is characterized by its continuous metal facade, which provides a contemporary and calm image in relation to the Quatre Carreres neighborhood and the city of Valencia. The metal facade is micro-perforated, creating a play of light and transparency between the interior and exterior. The building’s curved corners soften its visual impact on the city.
