ROIG ARENA HOSPITALITY VIP

ERRE-HOSPITALITY ARENA-DESTACADA-03

VIP Hospitality spaces designed to experience the intensity of the event at the highest level.

Client

Licampa 1617, a property company owned by Juan Roig, has driven the ROIG ARENA project, a multipurpose building that has become the new home of Valencia Basket with the aim of promoting and boosting sports, culture, and corporate events on an international level.

Challenge

Create exclusive VIP Hospitality spaces equipped to provide a personalized premium experience for various audiences.

STRATEGY

Design, technology, and a meticulous attention to detail come together to elevate the experience in the hospitality spaces of the Roig Arena, where each environment builds its own identity and a distinguished atmosphere without sacrificing warmth. The lobbies and VIP entrances are conceived as transitional spaces with a sober character: clean lines, precise geometries, and targeted lighting that elegantly and simply accompanies the visitor’s journey.

SOLUTION

The interior design reflects the ambition to create exclusive VIP Hospitality spaces, equipped to provide a personalized premium experience for various audiences. The use of local materials—such as ceramic pieces, a distinctive element of Valencian culture—was prioritized to reinforce local supply chains and reduce the environmental impact of transportation.

Poble Nou Restaurant

The wood, ceramic, and textile finishes at Poble Nou Restaurant embrace Valencian tradition through a contemporary lens, with a Mediterranean color palette that evokes the local landscape. The tables in the interior dining area offer privileged views of the bowl, reinforcing the visual connection with the event, while the tables on the VIP terrace enjoy a privileged panoramic view of the Valencian countryside. The kitchen is equipped with multifunctional wood-fired paella ovens, where the most popular dish of Valencian cuisine is prepared.

Johnnie Walker Experience

At the Johnnie Walker Experience, the interior design delves into the aesthetic of New York clubs: dark leathers, subtle metallics, and immersive lighting that creates an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere. More than just an exclusive bar, it is a space designed for conversation and socializing. The arrangement of the furniture creates areas that encourage both spontaneous dialogue and networking. The custom-designed private boxes complete the hospitality offering. Their configuration ensures comfort, privacy, and optimal visibility, allowing guests to enjoy the show without interruptions.

El Mercat

The main entrance not only connects to the indoor arena but also leads to an “timeout market” on the outside. Its design is inspired by historic European markets, offering a diverse range of food at each of the various stalls. This space, located in the terrace area, celebrates the pleasant temperatures of Valencia’s Mediterranean climate. In this way, the interior experience extends outdoors, creating open-air gathering spaces that allow the event experience to continue. Many of the venues remain open throughout the week, even when there are no events.
