ROIG ARENA CONTINUES TO MAKE PROGRESS
It’s not just another project and that’s why we really wanted to start this 2023 by telling you about the progress of the ROIG ARENA works. Will you join us?
As we told you earlier, once the excavation and extraction of earth had been completed, the special foundations necessary for a project of these characteristics were laid.
As you can see in the pictures, work is currently underway to complete the metal structure that will give shape to both the exterior image of the ROIG ARENA and the interior stands, which are expected to hold up to a maximum of 15,600 spectators in basket seating mode.
In addition, the four main communication cores are being built, which will allow the venue to function properly and provide easy access to the different levels of the Arena.
Finally, the floor slabs of the different levels are also being built, which will soon allow the construction of the installations and the roof structure to begin.
Undoubtedly, the process is being a unique and exciting experience for the whole ERRE team, which we will continue to tell you about.

ROIG ARENA LAUNCHES ITS OWN SOCIAL MEDIA

A CITY PROJECT
The Roig Arena project, a personal initiative of Juan Roig and the result of public-private collaboration, is located between the streets Ángel Villena, Bomber Ramon Duart and Antonio Ferrandis (next to L’Alqueria del Basket and the Pavelló Font de San Lluís), will occupy a total built surface area of approximately 47,000 square metres and will have a maximum capacity of 15,600 spectators in basketball mode and 18,600 in concert mode.
In addition, the project contemplates the construction of complementary infrastructures that will make the neighbourhood more dynamic, such as the recently inaugurated new public school “Les Arts”, about which we have been telling you about the construction process, a public park and an underground car park with approximately 1,300 parking spaces.
