5 HOUSES IN SANTA BÁRBARA

We cannot deny it. We love designing residential projects!

We are excited to announce the beginning of the construction of a new residential project in the urbanization of Santa Bárbara (Valencia). A project in which sustainability and new ways of life and work that emerged after the pandemic caused by COVID-19 have been key factors in the design process.

THE PROJECT

This new project will have five houses for rent which, depending on their characteristics, will have three or four bedrooms distributed over one or two floors.

The day area will have a living room, kitchen, and dining room. These spaces have been designed with large openings and porches that enhance the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces where each home has gardens, swimming pools, parking spaces and lots of vegetation.

Although different, the five houses are characterized by the same materiality and by the presence of multipurpose spaces that can be used as a bedroom, office, or space for teleworking, providing a greater degree of flexibility.

This residential project, which will be finished in December 2022, has been designed considering sustainability criteria that has allowed it to obtain the maximum energy rating, thus reducing energy consumption and carbon footprint.
