Marcel Benedito, editorial director of Distrito Oficina, has interviewed ERRE arquitectura in the latest issue published by this magazine focused on the culture and trends of the workspace.
In the interview, we were able to explain how the ERRE team approaches office and corporate projects through a system we have developed called WORKPLACE ERRE.
WORKPLACE ERRE is the result of the experience acquired after more than 120,000 square meters and 25 years designing and executing office projects. A system based on three pillars: FLEXIBILITY, COMFORT, AND TECHNOLOGY.

When you face a corporate project, what are the priorities?
Our experience allows us to establish a system based on three aspects: employee well-being, technology, and flexibility.
An office project that thinks about the comfort of workers allows us to solve problems such as talent retention. The companies we have worked with have experienced an improvement in communication and collaboration among employees, which translates into well-being and motivation.
In addition, technology and digitalization of workspaces are essential to achieve efficient use.
Finally, we must offer a wide variety of spaces that promote greater flexibility, solve management problems, and optimize available square footage.
