ASPAR CIRCUIT

ERRE has carried out the renovation and adaptation of the new Aspar Circuit in Valencia, an innovative sports complex that is now established as the first global motorcycle racing academy.

Located in the municipality of Guadassuar, Aspar Circuit is the result of an ambitious initiative led by former rider and four-time world champion Jorge Martínez “Aspar”, one of the most iconic figures in motorcycle racing, both in the Valencian Community and internationally.

Covering a total area of 370,000 square meters, the Aspar Circuit features four distinct tracks: a 2.2-kilometer main circuit, an 835-meter karting track, a 1.1-kilometer dirt track, and an 18,000 m² training track, which houses the Aspar KSB Sport academy dedicated to training the next generation of motorcycle racing talent.
The architectural intervention by ERRE has renewed the existing prefabricated building, organizing the new program across three levels. The ground floor hosts the Aspar Museum, an exhibition space that showcases a significant part of the Aspar Team’s history.
The first floor includes a briefing room, a café, and the office module, characterized by elongated windows offering splendid views of the main circuit.
Finally, the top floor opens entirely to the outside with a large terrace designed for hosting events, stretching across the entire rooftop of the building. In addition, the complex includes a paddock area of over 10,000 m², pit boxes, extensive parking areas, and a logistics center.

Thanks to this comprehensive transformation, the Aspar Circuit will not only serve as a training and competition venue for riders across various categories but also become the new official headquarters of the Team, which currently competes in the Moto3 and Moto2 world championships. The circuit is designed not only for professional riders to train but also as the ideal setting for newcomers to motorsport, whether in karting, competitive car racing, or motorcycle racing.
