In contrast to this chromatic intensity, the stained oak wood, used both in the structure and the furniture, reinforces the unified reading of the space while introducing a calm counterpoint. Ceramic finishes in neutral tones, with an artisanal character, evoke the everyday and the familiar, while also highlighting craftsmanship and material honesty.

The interior design invites visitors to enjoy a gastronomic experience rooted in memory, adopting an almost domestic scale in which every detail helps to celebrate Valencia’s local culture within the Roig Arena.
