Soul of 1927 is located on the ground floor of the Grand Hotel Centenari, a project commissioned by Valencian entrepreneur Francisco Martínez, owner of the hotel. Its management is entrusted to ACHM Hotels by Marriott, a leading hotel management company in Southern Europe, chaired by Antonio Catalán together with his expert team.
Integrated into the dynamic and open lobby of the Grand Hotel Centenari Valencia, Soul of 1927 evolves throughout the day to offer a range of experiences. In the morning, natural light envelops the space in a serene atmosphere, ideal for leisurely breakfasts, informal meetings, and moments of disconnection. As evening falls, the ambience takes on a more sophisticated character, inspired by the great classic venues of Chicago and New York. Live music becomes the focal point around the grand piano set on the central podium, transforming the space into a refined stage that shapes an immersive experience.
