ERRE arquitectura designs the expansion of Marina de Empresas at the Alinghi Base

7,600 M² OF FLEXIBLE AND SUSTAINABLE OFFICES FOR THE FUTURE ENTREPRENEURS OF MARINA DE EMPRESAS

FLEXIBILITY AND WELL-BEING IN OFFICE DESIGN

This new building, which will accommodate around 1.000 entrepreneurs, has been designed with flexibility and the well-being of future users in mind. The interior spaces are designed to be spacious and bright, integrating natural light through a central courtyard. Each floor will have direct access to terraces and green areas, promoting biophilia and creating a work environment that balances indoor and outdoor spaces.

The architectural project features a cantilevered structure extending over the facade, providing a panoramic view of the inner dock and acting as a second skin for the building.

The facilities include large terraces with sea views, protected by bioclimatic pergolas. These terraces will connect to the ground floor via staircases in an atrium, linking public space with work areas. Inside, we have opted to keep the installations visible and create open spaces. A 10-meter-high atrium will connect the interior and exterior of the building, facilitating events.

SUSTAINABILITY AS A KEY FACTOR

The design incorporates an innovative and highly industrialized construction system focused on sustainability. Prefabricated structures and materials resistant to the harsh marine environment will be used to ensure the building’s durability. Additionally, we will promote sustainable mobility by including ample space for bicycles and scooters, as well as locker rooms to encourage sports among workers.

At ERRE Arquitectura, we firmly believe in a logical design that integrates energy efficiency and respect for the environment. Once completed, this building will not only increase the capacity of Marina de Empresas but also serve as a model of a sustainable and flexible workplace, adapted to the needs of the future.

With this new expansion, Marina de Empresas will continue its growth, solidifying its position as a hub of innovation and entrepreneurship in the Marina of Valencia, where 100 million euros have already been invested since its creation in 2015.
