Grupo Ceremón Offices
TRANSPARENCY, NATURAL LIGHT, AND COLLABORATIVE SPACES TO ENHANCE PRODUCTIVITY AND INCREASE COMFORT
Client
GRUPO CEREMÓN is a company specializing in the construction and renovation of industrial facilities.
Challenge
The project for CEREMÓN’s new workspace was initiated with the goal of transforming an outdated and dark office into a flexible and comfortable work environment tailored to the company’s current needs. On one hand, they required an expanded working area, and on the other, they needed flexible spaces with varied uses, such as meetings, training sessions, or client interactions.
STRATEGY
The project proposed a main workspace complemented by two meeting rooms of different sizes. All areas receive natural light and are interconnected by eliminating partitions and incorporating glass enclosures.
This layout and design optimized the available space to maximize its utility and productivity, ensuring every square meter is used efficiently.
The project was developed using the WORKPLACE ERRE system, a design methodology created by the ERRE Arquitectura team after more than 25 years of experience. It is based on flexibility, comfort, and technology.
SOLUTION
The office design followed the company’s core principles: Efficiency, Transparency, Industrialization, and Technology.
To reflect these values, partitions and false ceilings were minimized, leaving the installations exposed. The workspace was framed with corrugated metal sheets, creating a more industrial atmosphere.
