Our main challenge was working with a fully exposed plot, as all its sides are visible. This makes it a highly dynamic project and gives us the opportunity to create a complete building that can be viewed and interact with its surroundings.

Located in Bonrepós, just minutes away from the city of Valencia, it redefines the concept of housing by blending functionality, contemporary design, and respect for the environment.
