On February 13th, the Colegio Territorial de Arquitectos de Valencia (CTAV) celebrated the 6th edition of the Noche de la Arquitectura, an event that has become the major annual forum for the profession in the province. This year, the event took place at the Roig Arena and welcomed more than 900 industry professionals and institutional representatives.

During the event, the best works from the Exposición de Arquitectura Reciente en Valencia 23-24-25 were awarded, showcasing 150 projects from 120 architects. In this context, the Roig Arena won the award in the “New Construction – Other Uses” category, a recognition that highlights the innovation, functionality, and transformative character of this space.

Amparo Roig and Jose Martí, partners at ERRE, the architecture firm responsible for the design of the Roig Arena alongside HOK, expressed their emotion: “There is no greater recognition for us than having celebrated the Noche de la Arquitectura here, in a space designed to enjoy the spectacle 365 days a year, where the essence of our city is lived and shared, and we truly hope that everyone can feel it as their own.”

The CTAV is committed to recognizing the work of its members and projecting the best Valencian architecture to society. Marina Sender, president of the CTAV, emphasized that this edition arrives “at a key moment for the profession, where architecture must be at the center of decisions regarding cities, housing, and climate emergency, and where the college must continue to be a real support for its members and an active interlocutor with administrations and Valencian society.”

“The Noche de la Arquitectura has become a strategic event to strengthen the cohesion of the profession and to project, from the CTAV, a strong and coordinated voice in defense of architecture and the city,” noted Pablo Peñín, secretary of the CTAV.
