UNDER CONSTRUCTION: ROIG ARENA CAR PARK

Since construction began, the project for the Car Park of the Roig Arena project has evolved and is currently in the final stages before its inauguration.

The structure for both the 3 underground parking levels and the 5 above-ground levels has been completed, totaling a surface area of 32,114 m².

The construction of the ascent and descent ramps around the central courtyard has also been completed. The unique geometry and inclined pillar structure create a distinctive spatial and visual experience.

The next milestone will be the construction of the parking facade. A micro-perforated metal skin will give the building a certain degree of lightness through the play of lights and transparencies between the interior and exterior.

Additionally, the curved surfaces of the corners provide a friendlier image to users, softening its visual impact.

A PROJECT TO IMPROVE URBAN MOBILITY

The project, promoted by Licampa 1617 S.L. and designed by the ERRE architecture team, aims to optimize and facilitate vehicular access to the future Roig Arena.

This city project will ensure smooth entry and exit from the Roig Arena project and expand the parking offering around the area.

Furthermore, the project will facilitate pedestrian access as it will be directly connected to the public park that will be built next to the new pavilion, ensuring no interference with car access and movement.

This new project will also include spaces for electric cars, bicycles, electric scooters, and motorcycles, as well as accessible spaces for users with reduced mobility.
