CEREMON GROUP OFFICES
TRANSPARENCY, NATURAL LIGHT, AND COLLABORATIVE SPACES TO ENHANCE PRODUCTIVITY AND INCREASE COMFORT
Client
Grupo Ceremón is a leading company in the construction of industrial facilities, especially in the food sector, which decided to celebrate its 15th anniversary by renovating its offices.
Challenge
The design of the Ceremón Group Offices focused on creating an open main work space, accompanied by two meeting rooms of different sizes. We eliminated unnecessary partitions and used glass partitions to visually connect all the rooms, maximising the entry of natural light. This decision not only improved functionality, but also reinforced transparency.
STRATEGY
We present the renovation project of the Ceremón Group Offices, a leading company in the construction of industrial facilities, especially in the food sector, which decided to celebrate its 15th anniversary by renovating its offices. At ERRE arquitectura, we take on each project as an opportunity to create spaces that are not only functional, but also reflect the essence of those who use them.
The project has been generated through the WORKPLACE ERRE system, a design methodology developed by the ERRE arquitectura team after more than 25 years of experience based on flexibility, comfort and technology.
SOLUTION
The challenge was clear: to transform an obsolete and dark space into a modern, flexible working environment aligned with the group’s values: efficiency, transparency, industrialisation and technology. For this project, we used our WORKPLACE ERRE methodology. This approach allowed us to optimise every square metre of the available space, achieving a perfect balance between flexibility, comfort and technology.
One of the key points of the project was to maintain an industrial aesthetic, which spoke of its activity in the industrial construction sector. To achieve this, we left the installations and ceiling exposed, creating an honest and functional atmosphere that reflects its character. In addition, we framed the main work area with corrugated sheet metal, an element that adds personality to the space and connects directly with the company’s identity.
The incorporation of advanced technology in the meeting rooms, including tools for methodologies such as BIM, ensures that the space not only meets current needs, but is also prepared for the challenges of the future.
According to the CEO of Ceremon Group, ‘We wanted offices that were ours, that reflected who we are as a company. The ERRE team has managed to capture that essence in every detail of the design’.
Beyond the industrial design, it was essential that the new offices promote the comfort and well-being of the team. We created specific zones for different needs, ensuring that each space served a clear purpose:
– An open and collaborative main work area, designed to encourage interaction between employees.
– Fully equipped meeting rooms to facilitate meetings, training and client meetings.
– A kitchen-lounge space, designed as a place to meet and relax, to enhance personal relationships and find a leisure space within the offices themselves.
The result is an environment that not only improves productivity, but also enhances team satisfaction. With a design that combines functionality, aesthetics and technology, these offices represent a significant step forward for the Ceremón Group. The new space not only optimises daily work, but also positions the company as an attractive place to recruit talent. ‘The comfort offered by these offices will be key to our growth and to attract new profiles to the team,’ said the CEO of Grupo Ceremón.
At ERRE arquitectura, we deeply value the relationship we have built with Grupo Ceremon over 14 years of collaboration on different projects. This bond of trust allowed us to understand their needs in depth and turn them into architectural solutions that speak of who they are and where they want to go. The design of the new Ceremon Group offices is an example of how at ERRE we create unique spaces, adapted to the needs of each client. This project has not only transformed a physical space, but has also raised the company’s image and improved the experience of its team.
