The award was received by M. Ángeles Ros, partner architect at ERRE, and Valencian entrepreneur Francisco Martínez, the hotel’s owner. The project was developed by ACHM Hotels by Marriott, a leading hotel management company in Southern Europe, chaired by Antonio Catalán.

ERRE’s architectural proposal, responsible for the complete renovation and interior design, incorporates a carefully curated selection of high-end materials and products from Porcelanosa, prioritizing durability and custom design. For example, in the ground floor lobby, a standout feature is the elegant hexagonal patterned flooring, custom-made and supplied by L’Antic Colonial, combining two Bianca polished tones with green polished marble. The guest rooms feature a beautiful Figure Shell Light natural stone mosaic in the vanity areas, notable for its shell-shaped motif. In the showers, 120×120 floor tiles and 60×120 wall tiles from the TERRA BONE ceramic collection were used. The bathroom countertops are made from Krion Beige Marfil L505, contrasting with the totem-style sinks crafted from Krion L903 Grey Cement.
