ERRE completes the Marina de Empresas campus with a third building facing the sea

Marina de Empresas expands its architectural complex with the addition of a third building at the Marina de Valencia, a project that completes the facilities of this leading campus dedicated to education and entrepreneurship.

Alongside the two buildings inaugurated in 2015, also designed by ERRE, the new volume adds 7,600 m² of usable floor space and has the capacity to accommodate nearly 1,000 entrepreneurs. With this expansion, the campus reaches a total of 27,000 m², responding to the growth of EDEM, Lanzadera, and Angels, the three initiatives that make up Marina de Empresas.

The architectural proposal embraces a flexible and multifunctional design, capable of adapting to the new working dynamics of a constantly evolving entrepreneurial ecosystem. Following ERRE’s Workplace methodology, all work areas incorporate integrated technology and are conceived as open, versatile spaces able to respond to different needs, from individual focus booths to larger-scale rooms for team meetings. The heart of the project is a bright, triple-height multipurpose atrium, dominated by a monumental spiral metal staircase finished in an intense blue colour, which becomes one of the building’s most iconic features.

Located in a strategic setting, the new building represents an investment of €25 million, funded directly from Juan Roig’s personal assets as part of his legacy project, launched in 2012 with the aim of creating new opportunities that contribute to society. The addition of this third volume reinforces the natural growth of Marina de Empresas as a hub for attracting talent and consolidates a campus designed to connect education, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
